Richard Pryor -- Star Wars Bar



 Yesterday's post with photos of alien action figures from the cantina made me think of this great skit from Richard Pryor that aired just after Star Wars was released back in 1977.
  Star Wars was really on everyone's mind in '77 and '78. It was unlike anything ANYONE had ever seen, and the cantina is a topic always discussed by anyone that has ever seen the movie.

  Check out this skit and see if you can recognize some of the action figures from my photo set....

    I had never seen that before. I recently heard the hosts of Star Wars in Character talking about it. It's fun to see the costumes in a different atmosphere. Thanks for posting Mike.
